Returns

​

1. You have 3 days to initiate a return from the date you received it.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in full and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Your item must be in the original packaging.

4. Your item needs to have the proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@cheekycandy.co.uk Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return address for you to send to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You can always contact us for any return question at info@cheekycandy.co.uk

Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refunds will be initiated to your bank card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the refund within 2 to 14 days depending on your card issuers policies.
